Job Overview
Were looking for an experienced and driven Senior Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in banking and financial services. This role is ideal for professionals who can lead business analysis initiatives supporting digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and customer-centric innovations in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to banking stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Analyze banking processes (e.g., onboarding, loan origination, KYC/AML, payments) to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and user stories aligned with compliance standards.
• Support implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III, FATCA, AML, PSD2).
• Use financial data insights to support decision-making, risk mitigation, and strategic planning.
• Participate in UAT, defect triaging, and change management processes.
• Contribute to solution design across platforms like core banking, loan management, CRM, and digital banking.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (Masters/MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems, digital banking, or fintech solutions.
• Experience in delivering regulatory initiatives (e.g., credit risk models, fraud detection, AML/KYC).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and process modeling tools.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• CBAP®, CCBA®, PMI-PBA® or similar certifications.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience with UX/UI collaboration, Banking-as-a-Service platforms, APIs, and cloud-based financial tools.

Important Notes:

• Candidates must have strong banking and finance domain experience.
• Employment stability is essential; frequent job changes are not preferred.
• This is an urgent requirement for four (4) Senior Business Analysts.
