Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale retail and franchise operations, ensuring excellence across multi-site outlets.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing strategic sales initiatives and performance-based management.
• Oversee franchise performance, ensuring compliance with operational standards and SOPs.
• Enhance customer experience through strong service delivery and NPS/CSAT-focused strategies.
• Conduct compliance checks and operational audits to ensure adherence to policies.
• Develop and mentor teams, building leadership capabilities and fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Monitor KPIs and leverage business intelligence tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Champion process standardization, change management, and innovation to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business/Management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale retail or franchise operations in telecommunications or FMCG.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and improving service delivery.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and customer service management skills.
