Job Profile:
We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented professional to join our team as the Digital Marketing & Web Manager. This leadership role is responsible for driving client engagement strategies, developing segmentation models, enhancing customer experiences, and overseeing digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening client relationships, optimizing marketing efforts, maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty, and driving new client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement Strategy
- Develop and implement client engagement strategies to enhance experiences, increase retention, and drive revenue growth.
- Execute targeted engagement programs across digital, social media, events, and personalized channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business objectives.
Lead Generation
- Drive new leads through platforms such as Bark.com, EasyAds, Google Ads, and other lead generation tools.
- Optimize lead generation campaigns to maximize ROI and ensure quality pipeline growth.
Digital Presence Overhaul
- Redesign and optimize the company website to enhance user experience and client acquisition.
- Manage and grow the companys social media presence.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with brand voice and goals.
- Implement SEO and content marketing strategies to boost organic reach.
- Develop and manage multimedia content including blogs, videos, and campaigns.
Segmentation & Targeting
- Lead development of segmentation models based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver segment-specific campaigns.
Customer Journey Mapping
- Map and analyze the end-to-end customer journey to identify key touchpoints.
- Create personas and customer experience frameworks to guide engagement initiatives.
- Ensure consistency across all client touchpoints.
Client Relationship Management
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with sales to develop account plans that maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
- Email & Communications Management
- Develop and maintain an email/communications calendar for timely outreach.
- Send regular performance updates to clients.
- Build targeted email journeys for personalized communications.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Utilize analytics tools to measure engagement effectiveness and identify trends.
- Report KPIs on engagement, segmentation, and satisfaction to leadership.
- Use insights to optimize strategies and improve client value.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing and engagement professionals.
- Foster innovation and ensure continuous learning in latest marketing practices.
Strategic Planning & Budget Management
- Develop and manage the annual digital marketing and engagement budget.
- Align strategies with overall business goals in collaboration with the executive team.
- Identify and implement new digital marketing tools and opportunities.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all activities comply with regulations and best practices.
- Maintain awareness of emerging trends and standards in digital marketing and client engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in Marketing or CRM are an advantage.
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, client engagement, and segmentation strategies.
- Strong track record in lead generation campaigns (international exposure is an advantage).
- In-depth knowledge of customer segmentation, CRM systems (Zoho preferred), and data analysis.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and digital channels.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, experience design, and customer-centric strategies.
