About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Branch Manager to lead its operations in Kurunegala. This role is responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving business performance, managing customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a proven track record in branch management within the hospitality, finance, or luxury retail sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a mature and results-oriented professional who can independently manage branch-level operations while driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and performance of the branch.
• Lead and manage branch staff to ensure high levels of productivity, engagement, and service excellence.
• Drive sales performance and achieve business growth targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Manage branch administration, operational processes, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and improve branch profitability and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure branch resources are effectively managed to support business objectives.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue generation.
• Prepare and review branch performance reports and take corrective actions where necessary.
• Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in branch operations, business management, customer service, or related functions.
• Proven experience in hospitality, finance, luxury retail, or similar customer-centric industries.
• Strong experience managing branch operations, teams, and overall business performance.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and service delivery capabilities.
• Commercially minded with the ability to drive sales and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
• Professional, mature, and results-oriented approach.
• Age below 50 years.
• Currently residing in Kurunegala or willing to be based in Kurunegala.
• Willingness to travel as required within the region.
