Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Associate Technical Lead to play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale software solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical design activities, driving engineering excellence, mentoring team members, and contributing to the development of highly scalable applications that support large-scale business operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on technology professional who enjoys solution architecture, full-stack development, technical leadership, and working within modern cloud-native environments. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams while providing technical guidance and ensuring delivery quality across multiple initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions supporting large-scale global business operations.
  • Implement highly scalable, robust, and distributed enterprise applications that meet demanding performance requirements.
  • Architect and implement technical solutions while maintaining clear technical documentation and design decisions.
  • Lead detailed technical design activities from solution conception through implementation.
  • Break down business requirements and user stories into achievable technical tasks and delivery plans.
  • Develop application components, APIs, services, and integrations based on approved technical designs.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering standards, software development methodologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain engineering quality and consistency.
  • Drive quality through test automation, unit testing, and continuous integration practices.
  • Provide constructive technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance software quality, delivery efficiency, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and quality teams to deliver successful technology outcomes.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience developing production-grade enterprise applications.
  • Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
  • Hands-on backend development experience using Node.js (Express.js) and/or Java (Spring Boot).
  • Strong frontend development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React.js, and Next.js.
  • Good understanding of frontend state management and asynchronous data handling concepts.
  • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, including database design, querying, and performance optimization.
  • Extensive knowledge of AWS Cloud Services, including ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and cloud-native application design.
  • Experience building, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based enterprise applications.
  • Strong exposure to DevOps tools and practices including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control systems.
  • Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Quality Engineering best practices.
  • Experience working within Scrum Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
