Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Network Engineer – Enterprise to support the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise network environments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring high availability, performance, security, and reliability of network infrastructure while supporting business-critical operations and customer environments. This role requires deep technical expertise across enterprise networking technologies, network security, routing and switching, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer who thrives in complex multi-vendor environments and is passionate about delivering reliable and secure network solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and hybrid environments.
• Manage, monitor, and optimize network performance to ensure maximum availability and reliability.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routing and switching technologies across enterprise environments.
• Provide advanced technical support for network incidents, service disruptions, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Manage firewall policies, network security controls, and access management requirements.
• Support network security initiatives by implementing industry best practices and security standards.
• Configure and maintain VPNs, secure connectivity solutions, and remote access technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver network projects, upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Participate in infrastructure design reviews and recommend improvements to network architecture.
• Monitor network capacity, performance trends, and utilization metrics.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, operational procedures, and technical records.
• Support change management activities and ensure successful implementation of network changes.
• Work closely with vendors and technology partners to resolve complex technical issues.
• Contribute to business continuity planning, resilience initiatives, and disaster recovery preparedness.
• Stay current with emerging networking technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational performance.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Networking and Infrastructure Support.
• Strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching technologies.
• Proven experience managing and supporting enterprise LAN and WAN environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across complex network infrastructures.
• Experience managing network security platforms, firewalls, and related security technologies.
• Exposure to multi-vendor networking environments including Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, architecture, and security best practices.
• Experience supporting business-critical and highly available network environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or other relevant networking certifications will be highly advantageous.
