Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, support property acquisitions, and build strategic partnerships. The role focuses on commercial negotiations, stakeholder coordination, and driving sustainable growth through organic expansion and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify suitable commercial properties for new openings within assigned geographies and lead acquisition negotiations

  • Develop joint business plans with key partners including property developers, landlords, consultants, and brokers

  • Coordinate legal due diligence and documentation related to property acquisition and portfolio onboarding

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth end-to-end property onboarding and launch

  • Evaluate operator performance and inventory management to improve contribution margins

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of growth opportunities through relationships with owners and operators

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development

  • Experience in managing the full lifecycle of B2B clients from onboarding to performance metrics

  • 3 years of experience in franchise development, preferably within QSR or hospitality, will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and negotiate large, complex business deals

  • Mature, professional approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
