WE ARE HIRING: Senior Auditor / Audit Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Senior Auditor / Audit Manager to support audit engagements within the Finance & Accounting function. The role involves conducting internal and external audits, identifying risks, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality audit reports in line with regulatory and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits in accordance with network and regulatory standards.

• Perform external trust account audits for real estate agencies.

• Review trust reconciliations, statutory records, and compliance documentation.

• Identify risks, control weaknesses, and compliance gaps.

• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely audit delivery.

• Utilize Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Drive, Docs), AI tools, and Karbon for workflow automation and analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fully qualified CPA Australia or Chartered Accountant (CA Sri Lanka).

• Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Audit, Tax, or Advisory roles.

• Prior experience at Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG is essential.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, scripting, dashboards) and related tools.

• Hands-on experience with AI applications (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools) and Karbon practice management software.
