Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing (NVOCC) to support business growth within the NVOCC and freight forwarding sector. The role focuses on driving new business, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and supporting sales and operational excellence in a competitive logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales and TEU targets through strong customer engagement and business development activities.

  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, new customers, and potential markets for NVOCC services.

  • Coordinate with principals and internal teams by sharing leads, providing daily and weekly updates, and ensuring smooth communication.

  • Monitor payments, support debtor control activities, ensure compliance with internal policies, and perform duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

  • Degree or professional qualification in Transport, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Liner, NVOCC, or Freight Forwarding sales.

Skills & Other Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and IT systems.

  • Excellent email communication and correspondence skills.

  • Strong negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work extended hours and comply with HSSE guidelines.
