Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Business Development to drive growth through field sales activities. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, promoting IT or engineering-related solutions, managing corporate client relationships, and achieving defined sales targets. The position requires strong client engagement, solution selling capability, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities.

  • Promote and sell IT solutions (software and hardware) or engineering-related solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.

  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support growth strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in field sales.

  • Prior experience in IT solutions, software, hardware, or engineering solution sales will be preferred.

Preferred Skills / Other Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.

  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.

  • Valid riding or driving license will be an added advantage.
