Role Overview

We are looking for an Auditor to support audit planning, execution, certification, and surveillance activities while ensuring compliance with company procedures, global KPIs, and professional standards. This role involves close coordination with planning, corporate, and audit teams, maintaining audit documentation, supporting certification processes, and contributing to continuous improvement across assurance services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the planning team, corporate team, and audit team for assigned audits.

  • Support the audit team during audits and complete tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

  • Discuss audit findings with the Team Leader and provide required evidence and documentation.

  • Upload certification and surveillance audit documents within agreed timelines and respond promptly to queries to meet global KPIs.

  • Maintain and update auditor skills, qualifications, and records in internal systems.

  • Ensure continuous compliance with company procedures, policies, and codes of conduct.

  • Maintain strong and professional relationships with Business Assurance clients.

  • Support the promotion of Business Assurance products and training services when required.

  • Assist in guiding and supporting new auditors working within audit teams.

  • Share market trends and industry feedback with the Manager and back-office teams.

  • Actively develop new knowledge and skills to support new standards, scopes, and services.

  • Follow health, safety, integrity, and professional conduct standards at all times.

  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by management as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma from a recognized university or institute in Polymer Science, Engineering, Physical Science, or an equivalent qualification.

Professional Qualifications

  • Completion of Lead Auditor courses for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Preferably 2–3 years of experience working with QMS, EMS, and Health & Safety Management Systems.

Skills & Other Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Good command of written and spoken English with strong computer literacy.

  • Self-organized, enthusiastic individual able to work with minimum supervision.

  • Disciplined, team-oriented mindset.

  • Strong commitment to strictly following HSE guidelines, policies, and procedures.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
