Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and solutions-oriented Technical Support Engineer to support cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT systems within a fast-growing global technology environment.

The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, cloud platforms (Azure & AWS), cybersecurity best practices, and advanced system administration. You will provide technical leadership, resolve escalated issues, and ensure secure, reliable IT operations across client environments.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Security Management

  • Analyze, design, and implement cybersecurity and information security solutions.

  • Conduct in-depth security reviews of cloud services and SaaS platforms.

  • Support, monitor, and patch cloud infrastructure and supporting software.

  • Ensure compliance with industry security best practices and automation standards.

Microsoft 365 & Systems Administration

  • Manage Microsoft 365 administration and deployments.

  • Configure O365 compliance portals and security policies.

  • Troubleshoot operating systems and third-party application issues.

  • Monitor system configurations, maintain data integrity, and perform backups.

Incident & Vulnerability Management

  • Conduct incident prevention, detection, containment, eradication, and recovery.

  • Develop vulnerability management metrics and report findings to senior leadership.

  • Resolve technical issues escalated by Level 1 support teams.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration (MS-900 certification preferred).

  • Proven experience supporting large cloud-based systems.

  • Deep knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure.

  • Solid experience in Cloud Security and Compliance.

  • Knowledge in Networking and Firewalls.

  • Experience in support desk management and direct end-user engagement.

  • Strong understanding of system administration and enterprise IT environments.

  • Microsoft 365 certification series is an added advantage.

  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
