Role Overview

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting financial and operational controls within supply chain and logistics operations. The role focuses on job closures, billing follow-ups, financial reviews, reporting, audit support, and process improvements while working closely with operations, finance, and stakeholder teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely job closures and follow-ups in line with SOPs

  • Conduct regular follow-ups on unbilled files and pending closures

  • Perform job reviews for financial month-end closures, including review of WIP and loss-making jobs, and coordinate accruals with operations

  • Prepare weekly reports and analyze unbilled files, job closure progress, and month-end updates

  • Arrange and participate in meetings with branches and operations teams to review job closure progress and operational challenges

  • Manage job reopenings where required and ensure proper documentation

  • Provide supporting documentation for financial audits and reviews

  • Support clarification and documentation for finance teams during audits and financial reviews

  • Support activities related to accounts receivable and accounts payable as required

  • Implement SOPs aligned with finance, operations, and stakeholder requirements

  • Design, implement, and maintain BI dashboards based on finance and operational reporting needs

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency across finance and operations

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Experience & Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams

  • Strong computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Positive attitude with strong teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule Requirement

  • Willingness to work weekdays from 3.00 PM to 12.00 AM, aligned with US day-time operations
