Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to support client acquisition, customer relationship management, sales growth, and service delivery within the equity brokerage industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential investors, promoting equity brokerage services, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating account opening processes, and supporting clients with accurate information while ensuring a professional and compliant customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote equity brokerage services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up on client inquiries and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Assist clients with account opening, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing and timely updates.
- Provide clients with information on available services, market updates, and investment related processes.
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, follow up details, and sales activity updates.
- Support promotional activities, client meetings, and business development initiatives.
- Ensure all client interactions follow company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver a professional, customer focused, and trustworthy service experience.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, financial services, equity brokerage, banking, insurance, or a related industry.
- Prior experience in equity brokerage, capital markets, or investment related sales will be an advantage.
- Strong customer handling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales, negotiation, and follow up abilities.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, stock trading, or investment products will be preferred.
- Good coordination, organization, and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and email communication.
- Target oriented, self motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Professional, ethical, and able to handle client information with confidentiality.
