Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Senior Executive/Executive, Sales to drive business development, client relationship management, proposal preparation, and solution sales within the education industry, with a strong focus on banking and financial sector clients.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities within banks, finance companies, insurance companies, and related institutions, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable education or professional development solutions, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to successful project handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, and discussions with prospective clients.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, scope of work documents, BOQs, and tender or RFP related documentation.
  • Assist in pricing, solution structuring, and coordination with internal teams for accurate inputs.
  • Support customer visits, site surveys, and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers across banks, finance companies, and insurance companies.
  • Provide timely responses, clarifications, and follow ups on 
  • proposals and business opportunities.
  • Support contract discussions and negotiations when required.
  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to implementation, operations, or delivery teams.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure solution accuracy, feasibility, and timely delivery.
  • Attend internal review meetings, opportunity discussions, and pipeline planning sessions.
  • Maintain updated records of proposals, customer interactions, tender submissions, and sales activities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
  • Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends related to the banking and education sectors.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, pre sales, account management, or business development.
  • Experience in education, professional training, banking technology, fintech, enterprise solutions, or BFSI related sales will be an advantage.
  • Exposure to banking, financial services, insurance, payment solutions, software solutions, networking, cybersecurity, or systems 
  • integration projects will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and communicate 
  • suitable solutions to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and follow up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using CRM tools will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities when required.
  • Target driven, professional, and capable of managing multiple sales opportunities at the same time.
