  • We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Account Manager – Sales to manage key client accounts and drive business growth. This role focuses on customer engagement, solution delivery coordination, and expanding account relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within a fast-paced IT environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement & Account Management
    Manage a portfolio of key accounts and act as the primary point of contact
    Build strong relationships and exceed customer expectations
    Attend client meetings and deliver professional presentations
  • Sales Coordination & Operations
    Coordinate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery
    Stay updated on company products and solutions offered to clients
    Work with sector teams to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Product & Project Management
    Ensure timely delivery of products, services, and solutions
    Support project coordination and execution
    Engage in solution implementation and customer follow-ups
  • Business Development
    Identify opportunities to expand accounts and grow business
    Participate in strategic account planning and reporting
    Contribute to revenue growth and pipeline development

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in CIM / SLIM or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar sales or account management role

  • Target-driven mindset with strong sales orientation
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
