Role Overview 

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Engineer / Developer with approximately 2 years of experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing AI solutions while transforming research concepts into scalable production-ready systems. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Engineer features, curate datasets, and validate data quality.
• Translate business and technical requirements into measurable machine learning objectives.
• Conduct experiments, benchmarking, and model evaluations to improve performance.
• Develop modular Python pipelines for data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and inference.
• Deploy machine learning models as APIs and microservices with proper versioning and experiment tracking.
• Implement automated training and inference workflows.
• Monitor model accuracy, latency, performance, and model drift in production environments.
• Optimize GPU and CPU inference performance through batching, parallelism, and resource utilization techniques.
• Containerize services and support CI/CD implementation for machine learning workflows.
• Develop ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data processing.
• Handle large-scale image, audio, and video data processing workflows.
• Maintain logging, monitoring, metrics, and alerting mechanisms to ensure service reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning, and transfer learning.
• Experience working with CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, Vision Models, and Multimodal Models.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Bash scripting and API development using FastAPI or Flask.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience using OpenCV, Librosa, NumPy, Pandas, HuggingFace, OpenCLIP, and torchvision.
• Knowledge of Docker, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, MLflow, and Weights & Biases.
• Experience with ONNX and TorchScript model deployment.
• Strong understanding of Linux environments, SSH, GPU utilization, and multiprocessing.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Experience developing scalable machine learning microservices.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to build maintainable and scalable ML codebases.
• Strong analytical thinking and experimentation mindset.
• Excellent documentation and technical communication skills.
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including AI agents, workflow orchestration, tool usage, and autonomous task execution using modern LLM frameworks.
• Experience working directly with clients to gather requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions.
