Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead a well-established distribution and retail organization into its next phase of growth. The role will be responsible for overall business performance, strategic execution, and operational excellence across sales, marketing, retail, and dealer networks.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience in managing multi-channel sales operations, building high-performing teams, and driving sustainable profitability in a fast-paced retail or distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall business operations, including sales, marketing, retail, and distribution activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to drive performance, accountability, and engagement.

  • Strengthen and expand the nationwide dealer and retail network to maximize market penetration.

  • Develop and execute annual business plans, sales strategies, revenue targets, and promotional campaigns.

  • Manage brand partnerships, marketing initiatives, and merchandising strategies to enhance brand presence and customer experience.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

  • Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to support business expansion.

  • Report directly to the Board, ensuring strong governance, transparency, and financial performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8–10 years of senior management experience in sales, distribution, retail operations, or general management roles.

  • Proven track record of driving business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

  • Experience in FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail will be a strong advantage.

  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
