Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Senior Executive – Employee Engagement & Culture to support and execute employee engagement and cultural initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on delivering planned activities, surveys, and events that promote a positive work environment and align with organizational values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute employee engagement and culture initiatives in line with the annual engagement plan.

  • Coordinate logistics for employee events such as sports tournaments, team-building activities, and special programs.

  • Administer annual employee engagement surveys and internal NPS surveys, including preparation, execution, and follow-up activities.

  • Manage internal communication platforms and ensure timely dissemination of HR-related communications.

  • Support compliance and assessment activities by collating required data and documentation.

  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of engagement initiatives.

  • Track action plans, monitor progress, and report on completion status.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or similar execution-focused roles.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
