Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – Administration to oversee administrative, facility management, and procurement functions. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient office operations, maintaining facilities to optimal standards, managing administrative teams, and ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance, repairs, renovations, housekeeping, and overall upkeep of office facilities to ensure optimal working conditions.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and manage security services.

Supervise cleaning services to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy working environment.

Coordinate administrative procedures and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Manage office supplies, vendor negotiations, and finalization of service agreements.
-
Oversee procurement activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Monitor administrative and procurement-related costs and expenses.
-
Coordinate travel desk operations, including local and international travel arrangements.

Lead, supervise, and develop a team of administrative professionals.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration, facility management, or maintenance roles.

Proven experience at Senior Executive level or above.

Strong understanding of office management procedures, legal policies, and compliance requirements.

Sound knowledge of financial and facilities management principles.

Proficiency in MS Office with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and take initiative.
