Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and digitally savvy Digital Media Executive to join our clients growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across multiple platforms while ensuring brand consistency and maximizing engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast social media trends and develop effective digital media strategies.

  • Craft and execute social media content strategies across all digital platforms.

  • Create and update content calendars regularly.

  • Listen and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across all major digital channels.

  • Share performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Manage and optimize social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

  • Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance reach and target audience engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

  • Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads.

  • Excellent Sinhala and English content writing skills.

  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.

  • Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
