Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Animator to join our Colombo team and support the growing demand for high-quality digital learning content. This role offers an exciting opportunity to use your animation expertise to develop vibrant, engaging, and informative visual content for eLearning products in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop innovative digital learning materials.
• Work independently while contributing effectively within a team.

Requirements

• Ideally 1 year of experience with development tools, including rapid authoring tools and animation packages such as Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Audition).
• Experience in storyboarding/scriptwriting, AI-based animation, and interactive videos is an advantage.
• Ability to transform technical information into engaging digital content.
• Familiarity with standard Microsoft controls and conventions.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) and ability to collaborate with local and international teams.
• Quick learner with a flexible and enthusiastic approach.
• Experience working for a global organization with a remote head office is useful but not essential.
