WE ARE HIRING: Junior Customer Service and Administration Executive

  • Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining all customer-related documentation and communication records.
  • Support the preparation and dissemination of monthly payment reminder letters and other documents as instructed by the Customer Service Manager.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams on customer-related matters, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure customer objectives are met and uphold high levels of professionalism and service quality.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English communication (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Qualifications in customer service, administration, or real estate will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or sales coordination.
