Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and capable Process Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training programs that enhance team capability, process knowledge, and operational performance. This role focuses on onboarding, skill development, performance improvement, and continuous learning within a fast-paced IT/BPM environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to understand process requirements and prepare training plans and relevant documentation
• Ability to conduct training on various projects/processes/tasks to a young audience
  
• Identify weak areas of the team and provide required training
• Liaise with clients to identify areas that require improvement in the project/process
  
• Formulate short-term and long-term training plans to develop the skills of the team
• Conduct periodical evaluations to gauge performance and progress of the projects
  
• Support onboarding and refresher training initiatives
  Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma or relevant professional qualification
  A minimum of 2 years of experience in training
• Skills
• Excellent command of English (oral and written)
  Excellent presentation and analytical skills
  Good people management skills
