Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Partner Coordinator to support student recruitment initiatives, partner engagement, and operational coordination. This role focuses on building strong relationships with schools, agents, and stakeholders while supporting recruitment targets and marketing activities in a dynamic higher education environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Partner Managers in executing student recruitment strategies and achieving targets
• Represent the organization at school visits, exhibitions, seminars, and recruitment events
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high schools, agents, and education partners
• Develop and implement high school engagement plans to build student pipelines
  
• Provide administrative and logistical support for events, campaigns, and initiatives
• Coordinate marketing materials, merchandise, and event arrangements
  
• Assist in handling student enquiries and application processes
• Conduct training sessions for agents on programs, admissions, and processes
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication
• Support social media and marketing activities as required
  
• Act as backup support for partner teams when required

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in education, sales, or marketing roles
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
