Job Overview
Were looking for a technically skilled and strategic Assistant Manager ERP (Technical) to lead ERP system implementation, data migration, and solution engineering. This role is critical in optimizing ERP usage across the organization, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting business goals through advanced technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP system implementations with a focus on customized solutions and data migration.
• Ensure seamless data transfer from legacy systems while maintaining accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and deliver user training programs on data migration processes.
• Lead the solutions engineering team to design tailored ERP solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Customize and configure ERP software to meet evolving business needs.
• Monitor and maintain ERP system performance, security, and reliability.
• Identify and implement system enhancements based on business and technology trends.
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure system accuracy.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide training to optimize system usage.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP support, data migration, and administration.
• Hands-on experience in 2nd level ERP support and troubleshooting (preferably in textile/process manufacturing).
• Proficiency in ERP configuration, customization, and scripting (e.g., Java).
• Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems and data migration procedures.
