WE ARE HIRING: Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software development projects
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, including use cases, user stories, process flows, and data models
• Conduct and facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discussions with cross-functional teams
• Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure accurate requirement implementation
• Support QA and UAT phases by reviewing test cases and validating deliverables against documented business requirements
• Identify system inefficiencies and recommend process improvements or innovative solutions
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to maintain alignment and communication across the project lifecycle

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the IT industry
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with HR/recruitment lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, payroll) is an added advantage
• Previous experience in a software development role is a plus
