WE ARE HIRING: Network Security Engineer Managed Services

Job Overview
Were looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Network Security Engineer to join a growing Managed Services team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in network and security platforms, who are passionate about delivering high-quality support and working with enterprise technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support across core network, wireless, and security platforms.
• Configure, install, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, proxies, and load balancers.
• Monitor events and alerts, investigate issues, and resolve incidents to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Contribute to service improvements and mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in rostered shifts and on-call support as required.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with routing/switching, wireless, firewalls, proxies, and load balancers.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls (certification preferred).
• Exposure to SD-WAN technologies (Fortinet, Juniper, VeloCloud) and authentication platforms.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, NetFlow, Wireshark).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Relevant certifications (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5, etc.) are highly valued.
