Job Overview
Were looking for a well-organized and service-oriented Student Support Executive to manage front office operations and ensure a smooth customer service experience. This role is key to maintaining a positive and professional environment while supporting students and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front office and virtual office operations (9 AM to 5:30 PM).
• Greet clients and maintain a welcoming office atmosphere.
• Handle phone calls, messages, and redirect inquiries appropriately.
• Manage general email and social media inquiries.
• Allocate students and conduct tele-calling to generate walk-ins.
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and spreadsheets.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Operate office equipment (photocopiers, printers, etc.).
• Manage bookkeeping, invoicing, and inventory of office supplies.
• Support the sales team with daily follow-ups.
• Manage university brochure orders and vendor coordination.
• Assist with audits, process support, and office access control.
• Support event coordination and marketing activities.
• Provide counselor process support and assist with planning and coordination.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
