About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Team Leader / Senior Executive – Corporate Travel to join its Corporate Travel division. This role is responsible for managing corporate client relationships, driving business growth, coordinating travel solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to corporate accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong travel industry expertise, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to achieve revenue targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on sales leads and engage potential clients to promote corporate travel products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate travel coordinators and key decision-makers.
• Offer competitive travel solutions and fare structures tailored to corporate customer requirements.
• Understand customer needs, provide professional travel advice, and recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Ensure service quality standards and key performance metrics are consistently achieved.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and other service providers to manage bookings and travel arrangements.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve budget targets through effective management of corporate accounts.
• Manage and expand existing client portfolios through proactive relationship management.
• Handle multiple client requirements efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities to grow corporate travel accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Professional qualification in IATA.
• Experience working with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) will be an added advantage.
• Existing corporate client network or customer portfolio will be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple client accounts.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and travel experiences.
