About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Associate / Senior Tax Associate to join its growing Tax Practice. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of domestic and international tax matters, allowing professionals to develop expertise across multiple tax disciplines while supporting diverse client engagements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in taxation, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for building a long-term career in tax advisory and compliance. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate and individual tax compliance engagements. 
• Prepare and support VAT, PAYE, and TDS reporting requirements. 
• Assist in tax advisory assignments and client consultations. 
• Support domestic and international tax structuring projects. 
• Participate in tax litigation and controversy-related engagements. 
• Assist with Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Transfer Pricing assignments.
• Conduct tax research and provide technical support on tax matters.
• Maintain compliance with applicable tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality client service.
• Support multiple client engagements while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in taxation. 
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and/or partly or fully completed a recognized professional qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interest in developing a career in domestic and international taxation. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
• Proactive, responsible, and reliable approach to work. 
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
