Role Overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Textile Graphic Artist to develop and refine artwork for apparel and swimwear collections. This role sits at the intersection of design and production, transforming creative concepts into accurate, print-ready artwork for manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating repeat patterns, recoloring artwork, preparing color CADs, managing digital color libraries, and ensuring all artwork files are production-ready. This position is ideal for someone with a strong eye for color, pattern development, and digital artwork preparation who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform artwork edits including filtering, applying effects, repositioning elements, and refining artwork for production readiness.
• Create seamless, engineered, and placement repeat patterns suitable for apparel, swimwear, trims, and textile applications.
• Recolor digital artwork and print designs using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to support seasonal collections and customer requirements.
• Create and complete color CADs for seasonal presentations, sales meetings, line reviews, and product development activities.
• Maintain and update master Illustrator color palettes and seasonal ASE color libraries.
• Research industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to support design decisions and creative development.
• Maintain records relating to color standards, print artwork, and production specifications.
• Create and update design specifications, artwork guidelines, and supporting technical documentation.
• Prepare final artwork files, mill sheets, and production-ready files for vendors and manufacturing partners.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Production teams to ensure artwork aligns with seasonal concepts and brand direction.
• Ensure accuracy of color, pattern repeat integrity, file structure, and print production requirements.
• Manage multiple artwork requests while meeting seasonal deadlines and production schedules.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or academic qualification in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Textile Design, Apparel Graphics, CAD Design, or a similar role.
• Previous experience in swimwear, activewear, lifestyle apparel, or fashion-related industries will be highly advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Proven experience creating seamless repeat patterns for textiles and apparel.
• Experience recoloring digital artwork and preparing production-ready graphic files.
• Experience creating color CADs and presentation materials.
• Knowledge of Pantone and other industry-standard color matching systems.
• Strong experience maintaining and updating Illustrator color libraries and ASE palette files.
• Ability to conduct design trend research and market analysis to support creative direction.
• Strong documentation skills including maintaining color standards, design specifications, and technical packs.
• Excellent attention to detail, color accuracy, and file organization.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple design requests and deadlines.
• Ability to work remotely and align with USA working hours while maintaining flexibility when required.
