About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Editor & Content Writer to join our media and communications team. This role involves coordinating a professional web magazine and supporting upcoming digital and print content projects, including websites and future publications.

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys managing creative projects, working with people, and keeping multiple tasks running smoothly from content planning to publication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end content cycles for the web magazines and other media projects.

• Communicate with contributors, professionals, and partner organizations for articles, interviews, and features.

• Draft, edit, and proofread content for publication.

• Manage timelines, follow-ups, and approvals to ensure smooth publishing workflows.

• Work with the marketing team on layouts, visuals, and promotional content.

• Maintain organized records of contributors, articles, and publication schedules.

• Support website updates, newsletters, and social media content related to ongoing projects.

• Contribute creative ideas for new stories, campaigns, and features.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or undergraduate in Business, HR, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).

• Strong coordination, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.

• Attention to detail and a sense of creative storytelling.

• Prior experience or interest in media, HR, or content development is an advantage.
