WE ARE HIRING: Assistant Manager Business Development (HORECA & Institutes)

Location: Kadawatha
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Employment Type: On-site with customer visits as required
Salary: Gross around LKR 165,000 + Incentive up to LKR 50,000 (Meals provided; reimbursement for customer visit expenses such as fuel and meals)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Business Development to drive growth in HORECA and institutional segments. This role involves developing business opportunities, managing key accounts, and executing promotional campaigns to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities in HORECA and modern trade channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Conduct promotional campaigns and product promotions.
• Plan and achieve monthly volume targets set by the company.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Develop a strong customer base in the segment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in Key Account Management.
• Excellent communication skills in English with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Strong decision-making and presentation skills.
• Experience in route-to-market models.
• Valid soft vehicle driving license (added advantage).
• Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Marketing or Business Management (preferred).
