WE ARE HIRING: Senior Analyst Advisory & Consulting 

• Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research across relevant markets and sectors.
• Source information from public sources, industry databases, and paid-research platforms.
• Perform market analyses, including demandsupply assessments and opportunity identification.
• Prepare business plans, valuations, financial feasibilities, due diligence reports, information memorandums, and other advisory documentation.
• Build comprehensive financial models to forecast financial statements and market trends.
• Provide business valuations, financing recommendations, and detailed financial analyses based on project needs.
• Conduct in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced analytical methods.
• Author analytical reports with actionable insights on trading comps, transaction comps, industry research, and thematic studies.
• Deliver presentations, respond confidently to queries, and engage with clients effectively.
• Develop strategic recommendations related to market entry, product/pricing mix, market sizing, and other advisory areas.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior analysts and trainees in relevant technical and project areas.

Qualifications & Experience

• Preference will be given to candidates with Real Estate sector experience.
• Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields from a reputed institution, or ACCA certification.
• Candidates pursuing the CFA charter will be preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Advisory / Corporate Finance.
• Proven experience in managing corporate finance/advisory mandates end-to-end.
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities across finance and investment.
• Hands-on experience with financial modelling, including advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Confident, hardworking, results-oriented team player with strong professional discipline.
