Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within certification services

  • Drive sales targets through effective client acquisition, relationship management, and conversion strategies

  • Develop and implement business development plans aligned with organizational objectives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree (BSc) or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the same or a related field

  • Proven selling and conversion capability

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and selling skills

  • Target-driven mindset

  • Solid background in business development within certification or related industries

  • Ability to lead strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, and achieve measurable results
