Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute freight sales and operational strategies to drive business growth.

  • Manage, retain, and expand a strong client portfolio with consistent revenue performance.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial sectors, import channels, and export markets.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and retention.

  • Guide the operations team in handling freight processes, documentation, and logistics coordination.

  • Oversee workflow efficiency, compliance, and timely cargo movement across air and sea freight.

  • Achieve sales and operational targets, contributing to long-term organizational goals.

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance direction to the freight operations team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in freight forwarding sales or operations.

  • Strong and established client base within the logistics industry.

  • Excellent understanding of industrial markets, import processes, and export documentation.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational KPIs.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and expand business opportunities.

  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
