Role Overview 

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer – Application Technology to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Workday integrations. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to build scalable integration solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and support ongoing HR technology initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing project work and lead the design, development, and testing of Workday integration solutions.
• Provide recommendations and technical expertise throughout project lifecycles.
• Gather, analyze, build, test, and document integration requirements with Workday HCM.
• Support and troubleshoot existing and new integrations between Workday and internal or external systems.
• Manage production support activities and resolve integration-related issues.
• Handle HR-related Workday support tickets and assess requirements to determine resolution timelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify system improvements and support business objectives.
• Research, develop, and implement innovative solutions using Workday integration technologies.
• Work with Workday Studio, EIBs, Report Writer (BIRT), Core Connectors, and Workday Extend.
• Collaborate with multiple business and technology teams to achieve project goals.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in SaaS/Cloud HCM or HRIS implementations.
• Previous coding experience using XML, XSLT, Web Services, JSON, JavaScript, and Java.
• Strong knowledge of resolving complex XSLT logic and integration challenges.
• Experience with Workday implementations will be an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
