Role Overview 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hospital Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee the efficient operations of a state-of-the-art Eye and ENT Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence in patient care, improving operational effectiveness, and supporting the long-term growth and success of the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all hospital operations, departments, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, resources, and overall financial performance.
• Lead, motivate, and guide teams to achieve organizational objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hospital or healthcare management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and ensure operational excellence.
• Strong decision-making and stakeholder management capabilities.
