WE ARE HIRING: HUB Coordinator – Korean Speaking

Role Overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HUB Coordinator – Korean Speaking to support vessel operations and voyage management activities. The successful candidate will coordinate operational requirements, ensure accurate voyage documentation, facilitate communication with stakeholders, and contribute to the smooth execution of shipping operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage assigned principal ship agency operational requirements and voyage management activities.
• Promptly notify team leaders of any discrepancies or issues encountered during vessel operations.
• Update operational information in relevant systems according to client and management requirements.
• Ensure voyage orders and port call appointment requests are received and processed accurately.
• Verify that all jobs and corresponding voyage orders or appointment instructions are properly registered.
• Review and approve Proforma Disbursement Accounts (PDAs).
• Manage fund requests and oversee the processing of fund payments.
• Monitor vessel operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of Statements of Facts (SOF) entries.
• Provide operational support to the Hub Operations team and perform additional duties as required.
• Investigate, document, and report Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) incidents in accordance with company procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Korean speaking proficiency is mandatory.
• Korean writing ability will be an added advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience in Shipping Operations will be preferred.
• Degree holder.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
