Role Overview

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Receptionist / Front Office Staff to create a positive first impression for visitors, students, parents, and stakeholders while ensuring smooth front office operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle front desk, administrative, and coordination duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, students, parents, and other stakeholders professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
  • Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and front office coordination
  • Maintain visitor records and front office documentation accurately
  • Support daily administrative and operational activities
  • Coordinate courier, mail, and document handling
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, professional, and well-organized
  • Assist with student registration activities when required
  • Support event coordination and administrative arrangements when needed
  • Provide general front office support to internal teams
  • Maintain a positive and professional image at all times

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

  • GCE A/L, Diploma, or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, administration, or front office operations would be advantageous
  • Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered
  • Experience in an education, training, or service-based environment would be an added advantage
