Role Overview

The selected individuals will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing portfolios of Deposits and Schematized Lending products targeted at high-end salaried customer segments within large corporates. The role focuses on business acquisition, relationship management, and market intelligence to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Relationship Management

• Acquire new business and build strong, long-term client relationships

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Lead Management

• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into successful business opportunities

Market Intelligence

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making

Competencies Required

• Sales & Business Development Skills: Proven ability to identify opportunities and convert them into tangible results

• Customer Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service

• Product & Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking products and internal processes to ensure smooth operations

• Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats
