Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Ticketing and Reservations Officer to manage airline bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries. This role involves handling ticketing operations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle ticketing and reservation duties for clients and travel agents
- Manage customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconciliation reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Provide support to the sales team when required
- Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
- Ensure timely communication and high-quality customer service
- Represent the organization at travel-related events when required
Candidate Profile
- Minimum GCE A/L or Diploma in Airline Ticketing & Reservation
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ticketing and reservations
- Knowledge of GDS systems will be an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
