Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Technical Officer to support construction and engineering projects through effective planning, coordination, and execution. This role involves working on-site, ensuring project requirements are met, and maintaining quality and operational standards in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
• Monitor site activities and ensure work is carried out according to plans and specifications
  
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project guidelines
  
• Maintain site records, reports, and technical documentation
• Identify issues on-site and support timely problem resolution
  
• Ensure efficient use of resources and materials
• Support project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  

Candidate Profile

• Technical College Certificate (NCT) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in construction or engineering projects

Skills & Competencies

• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
  
• Ability to work independently with initiative
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
• Candidates residing in Gampaha District will be given priority
