Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Student Enrollment & Centre Manager to lead student recruitment and enrollment operations within an education-focused environment.

This role requires a proactive professional who can drive enrollment targets, manage student engagement activities, and oversee the end-to-end enrollment journey from initial inquiry to final admission.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the student enrollment process from initial inquiry to final enrollment.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve student enrollment targets.

• Manage lead generation channels including walk-ins, hotline inquiries, school visits, and digital leads.

• Organize promotional campaigns such as open days, school visits, outdoor events, and webinars.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.

• Lead and guide recruitment teams to achieve enrollment objectives.

• Monitor enrollment pipelines and ensure effective lead-to-enrollment conversion.

• Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment performance and enrollment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in student recruitment, enrollment, or counselling within an education-related organization.

• Strong understanding of the higher education sector and student recruitment processes.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Passion for supporting students in their educational journey.

• Ability to work independently and lead recruitment initiatives effectively.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
