Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive – Human Resources to support key HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment coordination, maintaining employee records, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
• Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires
  
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  
• Coordinate attendance tracking and payroll inputs
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and organizational procedures
  
• Support feedback processes and employee relations activities
• Assist in documenting HR workflows and improving operational efficiency
  
• Track basic HR metrics and prepare reports
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams effectively
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
• Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage
