The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions journey, converting inquiries into enrollments, and ensuring a positive experience for students and parents. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent follow-up discipline, and the ability to achieve monthly recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inquiries into student registrations through effective communication and guidance.

• Explain course details, entry requirements, and payment plans clearly and professionally.

• Guide students and parents throughout the admission and enrollment process.

• Conduct daily follow-ups to ensure conversion of leads and achievement of monthly enrollment targets.

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Support marketing and promotional activities when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in student recruitment, educational marketing, or admissions.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle inquiries professionally, follow up consistently, and close admissions.

• Experience working in an educational institute is an added advantage.

• Target-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
