Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Data & AI Manager to lead enterprise-wide data and AI transformation initiatives. This role will be pivotal in shaping the organizations data strategy, deploying AI-driven solutions, and enabling intelligent, data-driven decision-making across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise data strategy, governance frameworks, and data quality standards

• Oversee data architecture, data lake and data warehouse design, and integration with ERP and BI platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAC, and other data sources)

• Lead development and deployment of AI and ML models for forecasting, risk management, and operational optimization

• Drive initiatives such as digital twins, AI-powered bots, and predictive analytics across procurement, finance, and supply chain

• Manage cross-functional data and AI programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery

• Collaborate with IT, business improvement, and factory teams across Hong Kong, Bangladesh, and India

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, data engineers, and analysts

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business needs into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions

• Evaluate emerging technologies including generative AI, NLP, and RPA, and drive adoption where relevant

• Promote a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous learning

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 12 years of experience in data management, analytics, and AI/ML

• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing enterprise-scale data and AI initiatives

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale data and AI solutions

• Strong knowledge of modern data platforms and stacks (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI)

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking capabilities

• Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI/ML frameworks will be an added advantage
