Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Ticketing and Reservation professional to manage airline ticketing and reservation operations. The role involves handling client and travel agent requests, preparing sales and reconciliation reports, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting sales activities while delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all ticketing and reservation duties, including direct calls from clients and travel agents

• Prepare daily sales and reconciliation reports as required

• Collaborate with HQ and internal teams to ensure timely communication and coordination

• Provide support to the sales team when needed

• Attend trade events representing the airline

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum GCE A/L or Diploma in Airline Ticketing & Reservation

Experience

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in ticketing and reservations within the airline or travel industry

Preferred Skills / Other Qualifications

• Knowledge of GDS systems will be an added advantage

• Knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

• Excellent customer service skills
