Senior ICT Engineer/ELV Consultant (PRE-SALES POSITION)

WE ARE HIRING: Senior ICT Engineer / ELV Consultant 

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ICT Engineer / ELV Consultant to lead pre-sales activities and deliver integrated ICT and ELV solutions. The role focuses on understanding client requirements, designing end-to-end technical solutions, preparing proposals and BOQs, and supporting sales teams during tenders and customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sales process by understanding client requirements and proposing suitable ICT and ELV solutions

• Design, develop, and present comprehensive technical solutions covering:

  • Enterprise Networks (LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi)

  • Unified Communications

  • CCTV and Video Surveillance Systems

  • Building Management Systems (BMS)

  • Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS)

  • Access Control Systems

  • Audio-Visual (AV) systems and conference solutions

• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, solution documents, and compliance statements

• Develop network diagrams, architecture layouts, and system integration designs

• Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and technical workshops

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to validate solutions and ensure technical accuracy

• Support the sales team during tender evaluations, RFP responses, and customer consultations

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry standards, and best practices

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in ICT, Electronics, Networking, Engineering, or a related field

Experience & Technical Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ICT pre-sales or solution design

• Strong practical knowledge in:

  • Switching, routing, and wireless solutions

  • IP telephony, video conferencing, and call center solutions

  • IP surveillance and video management systems

  • BMS, GRMS, and IoT-based building solutions

  • Access control, alarm systems, and security integrations

  • AV systems including video conferencing, PA systems, and digital signage

• Proven experience in preparing high-quality technical proposals, BOQs, and design documents

• Ability to understand and respond to technical specifications for tenders and RFPs
